When will 1111 be pricing its condominiums and accepting reservations?
As you will notice on this website, preliminary floor plans have been posted for your review, as part of the siteplans in the Interactive Gallery. Here you will be able to zoom in to explore specific units. In the floor plans section under the “Project” tab, you will find square footage for each unit. (Individual floor plans will be posted as soon as they are tweeked with our architect.) Regarding pricing…we just received approval, so the next step is to await the contractor’s initial cost estimates, at which time each condominium can be priced. Please be patient. You should be able to see which condos will become available, their pricing, deposit required, etc. by early February. This means you will be able to place a reservation later that month. Mynders

I am interested in the investment opportunity for myself- as a licensed agent, I am also wondering about paying a coop fee to brokers who bring you buyers… any thoughts?
