Durango has such a beautiful river. It is a shame that there are so few properties like this.

For me there are a few things that come up. One is the sound of the river. Another is being able to drop my boat in and float down when I am so moved. That’s it for now.

There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of running water on a warm summer night. I always try to live near water. I’ll look forward to following the progress of your project!
